Assigning & Approving Dynamics Case

 

Managers and above will complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Activities page.
  2. Select the All Activities dropdown menu in the top banner.
  3. Select the Approvals Needed – with Designation and team view.
  4. Click the Created By column.
  5. Select Filter By.
  6. Type in the name of the Agent who submitted the ticket.
  7. Select the check box on the lefthand side of the screen.
  8. Click Assign in the top banner.
  9. Assign the ticket to the appropriate leader (Manager, AVP, etc.).
  10. Navigate to the Approvals Assigned to Me
  11. Double click on the case number.
  12. Approve or reject the case by answering the Y/N question.
  13. Click Submit.
  14. End process.
