Assigning & Approving Dynamics Case
Managers and above will complete the following steps:
- Navigate to the Activities page.
- Select the All Activities dropdown menu in the top banner.
- Select the Approvals Needed – with Designation and team view.
- Click the Created By column.
- Select Filter By.
- Type in the name of the Agent who submitted the ticket.
- Select the check box on the lefthand side of the screen.
- Click Assign in the top banner.
- Assign the ticket to the appropriate leader (Manager, AVP, etc.).
- Navigate to the Approvals Assigned to Me
- Double click on the case number.
- Approve or reject the case by answering the Y/N question.
- Click Submit.
- End process.
